Service 24 BDD is a professional website developed for Truck Service 24 BDD, a 24/7 mobile truck and trailer repair service based in Arad, Romania, serving truck drivers across Romania and Europe. The website was designed to generate leads and provide instant access to services and pricing for truck drivers in emergency roadside situations.
With support for 8 languages targeting truck drivers across different European countries, the website combines emergency-oriented UX design with comprehensive service and pricing information, including a detailed ECU repair pricing table covering 6 major truck brands.
- Multilingual Architecture: 8 complete language versions (Romanian, English, German, Spanish, Polish, Croatian, Bulgarian, Hungarian) with separate HTML pages, hreflang tags, and language-specific canonical URLs for proper international SEO.
- Device-Aware Interactions: Smart contact features that detect the user's device: phone links open the native dialer on mobile devices and WhatsApp on desktop, with automatic +40 prefix formatting for Romanian phone numbers.

- SEO & Performance: Extensive Schema.org structured data (Organization, AutoRepair, EmergencyService, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList), security headers (CSP, HSTS), Netlify Lighthouse CI plugin, and image compression for optimal performance.
Technical Details
The website is built as a static multi-page site using HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript, hosted on Netlify with custom build optimization. The styling features a dark hero section with teal (#00d4aa) and orange (#ff6b35) accents, Inter font family, and responsive layouts using CSS Grid and Flexbox with breakpoints at 768px, 1024px, 1280px, and 1536px.
The JavaScript layer handles form validation and submission via Formspree, smooth scroll navigation, mobile hamburger menu, language switching with flag icons, parallax effects, scroll-based animations, and the device detection logic for smart phone/WhatsApp routing. The Netlify configuration includes custom _headers for security (CSP, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options), cache control for static assets, and _redirects for HTTPS enforcement and trailing slash normalization.
Each language version maintains its own complete HTML page with translated content, maintaining a consistent structure while adapting text, meta tags, and canonical URLs.
