Analytics only with consent. See what is stored in your browser, for how long and how to change your choice.
1. Your choice
Analytics stays off until you explicitly accept it. Declining, dismissing the notice, scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent. You may change your choice at any time without losing access to content.
Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and the website attempts to remove accessible first-party analytics cookies. The page may reload. Deleting information already received by the provider is a separate request described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small values stored by your browser; localStorage keeps information locally without automatically sending it with each request. Storage/access rules concern both, not only technologies called “cookies”.
Article 4(5)–(6) of Romanian Law 506/2004 requires prior information and consent, with narrow exceptions for transmission of a communication or storage/access strictly necessary for an expressly requested service. Consent must also satisfy Articles 4(11) and 7 GDPR. A legitimate interest in security does not automatically replace consent required for other purposes.

Form messages are not intentionally included in analytics cookies. Browser cookie lifetime is different from Google Analytics account event retention. Services reached through external links have their own policies and are not controlled by this panel.
A legacy cookie_consent_v1 choice is not treated as new consent by the current implementation.
4. Controls and alternatives
Use “Manage cookie preferences” at the beginning of this page to accept or decline analytics with equal ease. If your browser blocks preference storage, your choice may not persist between visits. Browser settings also let you remove or block cookies and localStorage.
Declining analytics does not disable technical processing needed to deliver the website or the form’s anti-spam verification. If you prefer not to use the reCAPTCHA-protected form, email alex.jungean@gmail.com directly. Clearing local storage does not delete data already uploaded to a server.
