Project Overview

ARDT Oradea (Asociatia pentru Dezvoltare Regionala si Tineret) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to youth development through educational programs, personal growth initiatives, and community engagement. My collaboration with ARDT spans over five years, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities that go far beyond traditional design work.

As a core contributor to the organization, I have been involved in graphic design, brand identity creation, project proposal writing, training facilitation, company visits, project evaluation and debate, event coordination, and strategic planning across multiple programs and initiatives.

Throughout this partnership, I have created complete brand identities for several of ARDT's flagship programs, facilitated training sessions for youth participants, contributed to project proposals for funding applications, and participated actively in the organization's leadership and decision-making processes.

  • Brand Identity Creation: Designed complete visual identities for multiple programs: NextGen Entrepreneurs (NGE) with circular abstract logo and blue palette, Aleu Summer Camp with nature-inspired earthy green and gold bee motif, TALOS program branding with sponsor integrations, and ATT program with custom typography (Konkhmer Sleokchher) and navy (#1A2658) color system. Each identity includes logo variants (transparent, bordered, grayscale, simplified), color palettes, and typography guidelines.
  • Project Writing & Strategy: Actively contributed to project proposals and funding applications, helping define program objectives, target outcomes, budgets, and implementation strategies. Participated in project debates and evaluations during board meetings and general assemblies.
  • Training Facilitation: Led InternStart training sessions covering career orientation, communication skills, and presentation techniques for youth participants. Organized and facilitated both online (Zoom) and in-person workshop sessions across multiple groups.
  • Organizational Involvement: Participated in the association's general assembly and leadership board, coordinated between departments, managed partner relationships (CJE, Celestica, and others), and contributed to event planning and execution.

Technical Details

Design work was primarily executed in Figma, with Adobe Photoshop used for specific photo editing and raster-based deliverables. Each program's brand identity was built as a comprehensive design system including primary and secondary color definitions, typography scales, logo usage guidelines, and spacing rules.

The NextGen Entrepreneurs identity uses a modern blue palette (#2c50f6, #3254f1) with a circular abstract icon and clean sans-serif typography. Aleu Summer Camp features earthy greens (#4e7658, #80c38a) with brown accents (#8a4a34) and a gold highlight (#f9ad2a), incorporating a stylized bee and leaf motif. The ATT program establishes a formal aesthetic with Konkhmer Sleokchher font and a navy (#1A2658) to secondary blue (#203E7A) gradient system.

All deliverables were organized by program and maintained version control through structured folder hierarchies. Logo assets were delivered in multiple formats (SVG vectors for scalability, with transparent, bordered, and simplified variants) to ensure proper usage across digital platforms, print materials, social media, and event signage.

Results

This five-year partnership with ARDT Oradea demonstrates sustained long-term collaboration and the ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs. The brand identities created for NextGen Entrepreneurs, Aleu Summer Camp, TALOS, and ATT programs have become established visual standards used consistently across all program materials, social media, and events. Beyond design, the training sessions facilitated for InternStart contributed to the professional development of dozens of youth participants, while project writing contributions helped secure funding for multiple initiatives. The ongoing nature of this collaboration reflects mutual trust and the value of having a dedicated design and strategy partner embedded within the organization's workflow.
