Project Overview

TermeneAuto Application (40 screens) was built for 2 transportation companies and possibly, one day, it will be available for general use, by everyone. This application's goal is to notify you 30 days before the expiration date of your vehicle insurance, technical inspection, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, parking pass, filter service, etc. This service is crucial for the management of a transportation company, sometimes it is hard to keep track for all of the above with only 1 vehicle, but think at having 20-100 or more vehicles. You waste a lot of time looking over the sheets and sometimes it happens to miss something that can cause problems such as fines or material damage. With TermeneAuto, you can save time and money while avoiding stress and unpleasant surprises.

In addition to the application development, I also created its logo and 5 mockups for application's publishment on App Store and Google Play Store.

Technical Details

TermeneAuto was built in Adalo with a lower budget to use it only internally, it can also be used as a startup application, but after it gains reach and user base, it will be necessary to migrate it to a more stable and performant system. For notifications and email automations I utilized Zapier and logo, mockups and anything related to design was built in Figma with a few plugins.

Functionalities of this application are: inserting vehicles and alerts for each vehicle, receiving a notification and an email 30 days before reaching an alert set by the user, adding access for other users to help with the inserted vehicles, viewing vehicle specifications and analytics, such as average consumption, number of alerts, number of vehicles and average manufacturing year of the vehicles.

Results and Pricing

As a future update, I will implement GPS tracking for company vehicles. This will allow companies to respond more accurately and quickly to incidents, calculate fuel consumption and speed more precisely, and enable dispatchers to visualize the remaining distance to the destination on a map.

If the company owners decide to publish this application to everyone on Google Play Store and App Store, then I will work with them on promoting it and I will make it accessible through this website.

The Monthly Payment is 200€ and it includes my support in case of emergency + Subscriptions for Zapier and Adalo.

The Total Payment is 1,530€, and it is split per services as follows:
100€ for Branding Design Services
250€ for UI/UX Design Services
1450€ for Mobile Application Services
-270€ (15%) discount for Multiple Services
